Koutavos Lagoon:
Koutavos lagoon is located in Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia and is a part of the bay that is divided from the rest with the De Bosset's bridge. The area around the lagoon is lovely as it is full of tress thus making it an ideal place for those who seek resting and relaxation. A stroll around the lagoon is without a doupt the best way to get rid of the everyday stress as the lagoon is home for many waterbirds, like ducks, gooses and of course the astonishing swans which you could pet or even feed if you like.

Deboset Bridge:
The De Bosset Bridge is a stone bridge built in 1813 over the bay of Argostoli in Kefalonia. At 689.9 meters, it is the longest stone bridge crossing the sea in Argostoli.

Sea Turtles:
Loggerhead sea turtles, also known as. Caretta caretta, nest and forage on the island's south coast, while Green sea turtles (Chelonia mydas) are rarely seen.

Katavothres:
Katavothres is located only 3km from Argostoli and it is without a doupt a place that you should not miss visiting. There takes place one of the world's most astonishing geological phenomena that includes water. To be more specific, the sea water rushes in through some cracks in the rocks on the shore and vanishes underground in a way that nobody can explain how or why it happens.

Saints Theodore Lighthouse:
The lighthouse of Saint Theodoroi lies on a small man-made peninsula only 3km from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. It has a circular shape with 20 columns and its tower is 8m tall. The building is made in the more simple Doric architectural style. It was originally built in 1828 by the British administrator Charles Napier, who ruled the island at that time.
